Nelson is partnered with family owned property management that is growing and looking for an Admin/office associate. The company represents properties from Polson to Hamilton with Missoula as the home office.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering the main phone line, property inquiries, questions and requests for information as needed.
- Taking payments correctly, making deposits.
- Generate letters, memos, mailing as requested by management.
- Coordinating outgoing mail and mass mailings.
- High school/GED required
- Experience as an admin/receptionist in a fast paced environment
- Customer service/office smart
- Proficiency in multi-tasking
- Team player
- Money-handling experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel and other Office Suite programs
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary starts at $11/hour, shift time is 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F. No weekends or holidays. Business casual dress.
